  • You will receive a confirmation email, with all the details on. If you notice something wrong with the details, contact us ASAP and we may be able to change this.

  • Currently you can pay for orders through PayPal.

  • We currently don’t offer free shipping on any orders. However through certain periods and events we may offer free shipping on certain orders. Make sure to check out our Twitter to find out if we have any ongoing discount codes

  • If it has been over 15 days and you haven’t received any emails about your order being dispatched or delivered- please let us know by contacting us. Then we can check up on the progress of your order.

  • Unfortunately as soon as you press the confirm order button, your order will go into production, to help you receive it as soon as possible. We recommend that you check all the details before you press the confirm order button.

  • If you receive the wrong item, or the size is wrong compared to what is on your order sheet, please contact us, and provide photos of the product you received, along with your order number. Then we can sort you out with the correct items

  • Make sure you have filled in all the order information correctly, and the item you are trying to purchase is in stock.
